AAAPOS have taken Retail Manager to a superb new level

I have been using Retail Manager for nearly 20 years.
Under MYOB I used the product and loved what it did but the service was extremely poor and as web sales increased they were left behind and then….. AAAPOS purchased the company.

Wow what a difference. It now interfaces with all the biggest web selling software and constantly upgrades improve their product but more importantly friendly and prompt service online to help with any difficulties. I feel like a customer that is looked after and appreciated which is amazing.

So I would recommend anyone looking for a solution to contact them. (even if you left MYOB behind and moved to a new software company). they will transfer your data for you and guide you through the process..

AAAPOS also have an excellent multi store system to efficiently manage multiple locations thus avoiding duplication of so many processes, with huge efficiency gains, speedy inter-store transfers and set up of product, pricing and RRP changes.

I just love the automated re-ordering where you can promptly manage stock more efficiently, and see the stock availability/orders outstanding in any of the shops through out the day,
Staff really love the ability to look after their customers with such knowledge at their fingertips.

Fantastic standardised reports of combined and individual stores means better control of stock and staffing levels. Period sales can be analysed and compared monthly or annually to monitor progress and understand how each shop is looking with comparisons to the others.

From an owners perspective , it is excellent to be able to manage stock from afar and see the sales/margins/employees results in real time individually and across stores at any time of the day.

It seems I am rather a fan? Yes indeed, so I highly recommend them.

We have been using Retail Manager since 2011.

We have always liked the software but since AAAPOS has taken ownership and continued to update and enhance the product, WE LOVE THIS SOLUTION!!

We operate a Yamaha motorcycle dealership, Husqvarna power equipment dealership and Giant Push Bike shop all using Retail Manager. We have over 20,000 different part numbers in stock and use RM for all our stock control, customer account keeping, workshop invoicing etc.

We also have an online store and use the Webstore Manger product which is a fantastic tool to link our live stock listings to our website and convert sales automatically.

The after sales support is fantastic and if the past AAAPOS has added functionality that was missing based on request. The online videos of how to use the product have been fantastic and also a great tool for training staff. If we have had any major issues AAAPOS has been able to assist straight away

I was searching for something that will integrate from a point of sale (that will do fractional quantities) to my woocommerce based website. That search took nearly 5 years and finally I found a system that worked. This works. It is the best and quite frankly quite easy to operate. It runs in the background, it prints my orders out whenever they come in, it shows in the pick lists the image, barcode, stock on hand, pricing and more.
I have come up with ideas and pitched it to AAAPOS and they have taken the feedback and made the system work even better.
