No. AAAPOS acquired MYOB RetailManager in March 2022 and now handles its development, support, renewals and billing, as the MYOB Community confirms. AAAPOS has since released RetailManager v14, so the software is still being developed. See the RetailManager v14 update page for what is new. AAAPOS is also rewriting RetailManager from the ground up, and your existing data will move across to the new system. Support is available 7 days a week.

AAAPOS is rewriting RetailManager from the ground up using the latest technology, to deliver a modern, powerful and more flexible retail management system. The new RetailManager will be a hybrid system: your primary database stays securely at your store, while cloud features add flexibility, connectivity and accessibility. The goal is to bring across all the features you rely on today, plus many new ones, and your existing RetailManager data will be migrated so you won’t need to start from scratch.
