Yes. Each time Webstore Manager syncs, about every 15 to 30 minutes depending on your setting, it automatically downloads new orders from Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce and eBay and enters them into RetailManager. It also creates the customer in RetailManager, sends an email notification for each new order, and can print the packing slip and shipping label for you.
